أصدرت محافظة القدس اليوم تقريرها الربع أول من العام 2022 حول انتهاكات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في مدينة القدس، حيثُ جاء فيه:
"خمسة شهداء من بينهم طفل، و688 حالة اعتقال، و68 عملية هدم، ونحو 11 ألف مستوطنًا اقتحموا المسجد الأقصى المُبارك خلال الربع الأول من العام 2022"
رصدت محافظة القدس انتهاكات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في المحافظة خلال الربع الأول من العام 2022، والذي شهد ازديادًا في وتيرة الانتهاكات، وتعمد الاحتلال خلاله سياسة الإعدام بدمٍ بارد.
كان من أبرز الانتهاكات التي شهدتها المحافظة خلال الربع الأول من العام 2022، ارتقاء (5) شهداء من بينهم طفلًا، (4) شهداء منهم ارتقوا خلال شهر آذار، وهم: الشهيد (كريم القواسمي، 19 عامًا) والطفل الشهيد (يامن جفال، 16 عامًا)، والشهيد (عبد الرحمن قاسم،22 عامًا)، والشهيد (علاء شحام،20 عامًا). بالإضافة إلى الشهيد (فهمي حمد،57 عامًا) الذي ارتقى في شهر كانون الثاني.
ويُذكر أن عدد الشهداء المحتجزة جثامينهم لدى الاحتلال وصل إلى (18) بعد تسليم جثمان الشهيد "عمر أبو عصب"، واحتجاز جثمان الشهيد "كريم القواسمي" في شهر آذار.
أما فيما يَخُصُّ استهداف الرموز المقدسية، مضت سلطات الاحتلال بإمعان سياساتها التعسفية بحِق (محافظ القدس عدنان غيث)، فمنعت مخابرات الاحتلال المحافظ غيث خلال شهر آذار، من السفر عبر معبر الكرامة. كما واحتجزته هو ومستشاره الإعلامي "معروف الرفاعي" لعدة ساعات، وسلمت غيث استدعاءً لمراجعة مخابراتها. ومَدّدت اعتقاله في ما يعرف بمركز تحقيق المسكوبية بالقدس لمدة يوم آخر لعرضه على محكمة الاحتلال، وأفرجت عنه بكفالة مالية شخصية قدرها (10 آلاف شاقل)، وخلال أقل من 24 ساعة من الإفراج عنه أعادت استدعاءه للتحقيق، محاولة فرض قرارات جديدة عليه، إلا أنه رفضها..
اقتحامات المسجد الأقصى المُبارك :
- اقتحم (163 مستوطنًا) المسجد الأقصى المبارك، على شكل مجموعات متتالية من باب المغاربة وحتى باب السلسلة. ويُذكر أن على رأس المُقتحمين المتطرف وعضو “كنيست” الاحتلال السابق (يهودا غليك)، حيث قدّم شروحات للمستوطنين حول “الهيكل” المزعوم.
اعتداءات الاحتلال:
- اعتدت قوات الاحتلال على أحد الشُبان أمام باب العامود بالقدس المحتلة وقامت باعتقاله.
-شارك عدد كبير من المستوطنين بمسيرة بقيادة أعضاء حزب اليمين الصهيوني بالقدس، وأوسنات مارك وكرين باراك وكاتي شطريت من الليكود قرب مجمع الحكومة في القدس.
- أغلقت قوات الاحتـلال جسر جبع شمال القدس المحتلة، ما تسبب بأزمة خانقة.
- أعلنت سلطات الاحتلال عن فرض سلسلة من القيود والإجراءات بشأن المصلين الوافدين للقدس والمسجد الأقصى خلال الجمعة الأولى من شهر رمضان المبارك. ووفقًا لتلك القيود، فإن سلطات الاحتلال ستحرم الفئات الفتيّة والشابة من دخول المدينة وستحرمهم من الصلاة في المسجد الأقصى. وحدّدت دخول من هم فوق الخمسين عامًا من الرجال دون تصاريح، أما الذين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 40 و50 عامًا لن يُسمح بدخولهم إلّا بتصريح، فيما سيتم السماح للنساء والفتيات بالدخول دون قيود.
أحكام بالسجن الفعلي:
- حولت سلطات الاحتلال الشاب المقدسي "معتصم حسين" ، من مخيم شعفاط شمال القدس المحتلة للاعتقال الإداري لمدة شهر ونصف.
محكمة الاحتلال:-
- محكمة الاحتلال تُجدد الاعتقال الاداري بِحق الأسير المقدسي "شادي هلسة" لمدة أربع أشهر قبل ساعات من موعد الإفراج عنه، وهو من بلدة جبل المكبر جنوب القدس المحتلة.
- أصدرت سلطات الاحتلال قراراً بالإفراج عن الشاب المقدسي "منذر الرجبي"، بعد اعتقاله مساء الأحد الماضي، وهو من بلدة سلوان جنوبي المسجد الأقصى.
- أجلت محكمة الاحتلال محاكمة الأسير المقدسي "أحمد الغول" حتى يوم الأحد القادم.
قرارات الإبعاد :-
- قضت محكمة الصلح التابعة للاحتلال بالإفراج عن رئيس لجنة أهالي أسرى القدس، "أمجد أبو عصب"، بشرط الإبعاد عن المسجد الأقصى والبلدة القديمة، ومنطقة باب العامود، لمدة شهر، وستحرمه بالتالي من أداء عباداته في المسجد الأقصى الذي تُشدّ الرحال إليه من كل مكان في شهر رمضان المُبارك .
-محكمة الاحتلال تقُرر الإفراج عن الشاب "حسن عيّاد" من حي رأس العامود شرق القدس المحتلة، بشِرط الإبعاد عن باب العامود حتى تاريخ (2/5/2022) وكفالة مالية بقيمة 1000 شيكل وحبس منزلي حتى يوم الأحد القادم، علماً أنه أُعتقل على يد وحدة المستعربين من محيط باب العامود بالقدس مساء الأحد الماضي.
اعتقالات وتوقيف:-
- اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال بِرفقة أحد المستعربين شاباً في منطقة باب العامود بالقدس المحتلة. كما واعتقلت شابين أخرين من المنطقة.
- قام مستعربون برفقة قوات الاحتلال بإختطاف أحد الأطفال قرب باب العامود بالقدس المحتلة.
-اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال الفتاة القاصر "ملاك وائل الزير" من منزل جدها في بلدة سلوان جنوب المسجد الأقصى المُبارك .
- اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال المقدسي الأسير المحرر "رامي الفاخوري"، من منزله في البلدة القديمة بالقدس.
- اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال الشاب المقدسي "رشيد الرشق" من البلدة القديمة بالقدس المحتلة.
- اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال نحو (33 شابًا) مُنذ بداية شهر رمضان الفضيل، معظمهم من البالغين، وشرطة الاحتلال تستحدث وحدة تحقيق لها فيما يسُمى بـِمركز تحقيق "المسكوبية"، بدلًا من استجواب الشُبان في شرطة صلاح الدين.
ملف الأسرى:-
- عقب 20 عاماً مضت خلف قضبان الاحتلال، الأسـير المقدسي المحرر "شادي الشرفا" يتنسم عبير حريته في حضن ذويه أمس .. أجواء من الفرحة عمت قلوبهم في رابع أيام شهر رمضان المبارك.
-يواصل الأسرى الإداريون في سجون الاحتلال مقاطعة محاكم الاحتلال لليوم الـ 96 على التوالي، للمطالبة بإنهاء سياسة الاعتقال الإداري تحت شعار (قرارنا حرية).
ملخص أبرز أحداث مساء أمس في محافظة القدس:-
- أصدرت جماعات “الهيكل” ، دعوتها المركزية لاقتحام المسجد الأقصى المُبارك خلال “عيدالفصح” العبري، وذلك من 16 وحتى 21 من شهر نيسان الجاري 2022، والذي يوافق 15-20 رمضان.
- منعت قوات الاحتلال الأهالي والشُبان من التواجد بمِحيط منطقة باب العامود وقامت بملاحقتهم.
- اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال 12 مقدسيًا، أثناء اقتحامهم منطقة باب العامود، والمعتقلين هم:
" عدي غيث"، "أحمد الطويل"، "علي علقم"، "رامي الجعفري"، "اسماعيل عثمان"، "رائد خضور"، "محمد اسحق شهاب"، "محمد عمر شهاب"، "محمود أبو الهوى"، "يزن عشاير"، "هاني أبو غنام"، و"توفيق أبو عرفة".
- كما اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال 8 فلسطينيين من منطقة باب العمود عرف منهم: وسام أبو حماد، محمود حشيمة، محمد شويكي، رامي أبو سمرة، فؤاد الطويل، محمد عويسات، حمزة سناكرة.
- اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال طفلاً في منطقة باب العامود بالقدس المحتلة .
- اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال فتيين مقدسيين من منطقة بيت حنينا شمال القدس المحتلة وهما:
"محمد أبو صبيح"، و"نور علون".

Jerusalem governorate issued today the report on violations of the Israeli occupation in the first quarter of 22, which states:
"Five martyrs, including a child, 688 arrests, 68 demolitions, and about 11,000 settlers stormed the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque during the first quarter of 2022."
Al-Quds governorate monitored violations of the Israeli occupation in the governorate during the first quarter of 2022, which witnessed an increase in the frequency of violations, during which the occupation deliberately carried out the cold-blooded execution policy.
Among the most prominent violations in the governorate during the first quarter of 2022 were the rise of five martyrs, including a child, and (4) martyrs, of whom rose during the month of March: the martyr (Karim Al-Qawasmi, 19, the martyr (Yamen Juffal, 16, the martyr (Abdul Rahman Qasim, 22,) and the martyr (Alaa Shaham, 20 years old). In addition to the martyr (Fahmi Hamad, 57 years old) who was promoted in January. It is worth mentioning that the number of martyrs whose bodies are detained in the occupation reached 18 after the handover of the body of the martyr Omar Abu Assab and the detention of the body of the martyr Karim Al-Qawasmi in March.
As for targeting Jerusalem symbols, the occupation authorities went ahead with their arbitrary policies against the governor of Jerusalem, Adnan Ghaith. During the month of March, the occupation's conservative intelligence prevented Ghaith from travelling through the Karama crossing. He and his media consultant Maarov Al-Rifai were detained for several hours, and Ghaith handed over a summons to review her intelligence. I extended his detention in what is known as the Al-Mascoubiya Investigation Centre in Jerusalem for another day to present him to the occupation court, and released him on personal financial bail of 10,000 shekels. Within less than 24 hours of his release, he was summoned for investigation, trying to impose new decisions on him, but he rejected them.
Incursions into the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque:
163 settlers stormed the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, in successive groups from the Mughrabi Gate to the chain door. It is noteworthy that the extremist intruders and Knesset member was headed by the former occupation, Yehuda Glick, where he gave explanations to the settlers about the alleged “structure”.
Occupation attacks:
A large number of settlers participated in a march led by members of the Zionist Right Party in Jerusalem, Osnat Mark, Crane Barak, and Katie Shateret from Likud near the government compound in Jerusalem.
The occupation forces closed the Jabaa bridge north of occupied Jerusalem, causing a suffocating crisis.
The occupation authorities announced the imposition of a series of restrictions and procedures on worshippers arriving in Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque during the first Friday of the holy month of Ramadan. According to those restrictions, the occupation authorities will deprive young men and women of entering the city and will prevent them from praying at Al-Aqsa Mosque. It ed the entry of men over the age of 50 without permits, while those between the ages of 40 and 50 will only be allowed to enter with a permit, while women and girls will be allowed to enter without restrictions.
De facto prison sentences:
The occupation authorities transferred the young man Mutassim Hussein from Shuafat camp for administrative detention for a month and a half.
The occupation court sentenced the young Jerusalem activist Nizm Rushdi Abu Rimoz to 5 months in prison and a fine of 2,000 shekels, knowing that he has been detained since 13/12/2021.
The occupation court:-
The occupation issued a decision to release the young Manther Al-Rajabi after his arrest last Sunday evening, who is from the town of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The occupation court postponed the trial of Jerusalemite prisoner Ahmad al-Ghoul until next Sunday.
Deportation decisions:
The Magistrate's Court of the occupation ordered the release of the head of the Jerusalem Prisoners' Committee, Amjad Abu Assab, provided that he is removed from Al-Aqsa Mosque, the Old City, and the Bab Al-Amud area, for a month, thus depriving him of performing his worship in Al-Aqsa Mosque, to
The occupation court decides to release the young Hassan Ayyad from the Ras al-Amud neighbourhood east of occupied Jerusalem, provided that he is removed from Bab al-Amoud until May 2, 2022, and a financial guarantee of 1,000 shekels and a house arrest until next Sunday, knowing that he was arrested by the Arabists unit from the vicinity of Bab al-Amoud in Jerusalem last Sunday evening.
Arrests and arrests:-
The minor girl Malak Wael Al-Zeer was arrested from her grandfather's house in the town of Silwan.

Administrative prisoners in the occupation prisons continue to boycott the occupation courts for the day *96* in a row, to demand an end to the policy of administrative detention under the slogan

Summary of yesterday evening's highlights in Jerusalem governorate:-
- “Teqab” groups issued their central call to storm the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque during the Hebrew “Eid Al-Fal-Faraq” from 16 to 21 April 2022, which falls on 15-20 Ramadan.
The occupation forces prevented the people and young men from being around the Bab al-Amud area and pursued them.
The occupation forces arrested 12 Jerusalemites, while storming the Bab al-Amoud area. The detainees were: Uday Ghaith, Ahmad Al-Tawil, Ali Alqm, Rami al-Jaafari, Ismail Othman, Raed Khaddour, Muhammad Yitzhaq Shihab, Muhammad Omar Shihab, Mahmoud Abu Al-Hawa, Yazan Ashayer, Hani Abu Ghannam, and Tawfiq Abu Arafa.
The occupation forces arrested eight Palestinians from the Bab al-Amud area, including Wissam Abu Hammad, Mahmoud Hashima, Muhammad Shuiqi, Rami Abu Samra, Fouad Al-Tawil, Muhammad Owaisat, Hamza Sanakrah.
